About The Position

We are seeking a smart, innovative Business Analyst with a strong background in HCM, ideally with hands-on UKG experience, to join an exciting, multi-year initiative. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and System Integrator project teams to design, build, and implement the Talent Management subtrack of the HCM program. This role is pivotal in delivering a world-class digital employee experience by developing solutions, ensuring compliance with business objectives, engaging stakeholders, and supporting change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems (preferably UKG or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of HR Talent Management processes, including Performance Management, Career Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning.
  • Advanced skills in translating business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications, including creating business requirement and functional requirement documents.
  • Experience producing technical analysis documentation (e.g., process flow maps, test, and implementation plans).
  • Proven ability to partner with subject matter experts and third-party vendors to recommend and implement HR solutions.
  • Expertise in designing and facilitating business process improvement workshops.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload under time constraints with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG.
  • Experience working on HR system implementations for large organizations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Talent Management Business Analyst within the HCM program, collaborating with IT, HR, and System Integrator teams.
  • Gather, define, and document requirements for HR Talent processes in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Design application functionality to meet business needs and record requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support issue resolution for software and process challenges.
  • Assist with data conversion activities.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team on communication, documentation, and training for end users.
