About The Position

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst at Meriton, LLC is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, administration, and support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other People Operations platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert for employee data and systems, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and developing robust reporting and analytics across various HR functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, Data Science or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of HRIS analyst experience
  • Experience producing HR analytical reports and dashboards
  • Experience with a full range of HR processes applications (Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Recruiting) and ERP platforms preferred
  • Proficiency with Ultimate Software is preferred
  • Proficiency with creating scripts to automate integrations/interfaces between various systems is required
  • Proficiency with SQL is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledgeable about HRIS concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to interpret and present large quantities of data
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
  • Strong customer/client service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides functional and technical support for People Operations technology solutions
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and system administrator for the HRIS solution, including configuration enhancements
  • Designs and prepares reports for employee data contained in the HRIS solution
  • Creates and configures systems to align with current business processes
  • Establishes documentation of all system configurations and regularly reviews and maintains documentation
  • Acts as the data expert for standardization and integration throughout the organization
  • Helps strategically drive adoption of the HRIS technology and processes across the organization
  • Analyzes, recommends, and develops reporting and dashboards
  • Maintains system security access control by creating roles and granting permissions
  • Serves as the primary analytics and reporting specialist for the HR function by developing standard and ad hoc reports
  • Utilizes data, research, and analytical insights to improve existing and recommend new Human Resources programs
  • Combines HR knowledge with information retrieval skills to create, maintain, and execute reports
  • Ensures data integrity and follows quality control measures for data accuracy
  • Resolves HRIS issues and works closely with IT and HRIS vendors
  • Partners with the payroll team to review and audit employee data changes
  • Develops training and documentation of system use for HRIS users
  • Maintains working knowledge of agency policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintains communication with payroll team and HR staff to ensure data accuracy
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
