Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults. Position Summary: The Outpatient Therapist delivers therapeutic services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation. Requirements
- Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy.
- Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members.
- Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
- Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.
