Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA). DON'T HAVE YOUR HCA? DON'T WORRY, WE WILL PAY FOR IT! We currently have part-time and full time shifts available! Looking for those with OPEN availability - including Early morning (6am), Swing (until 9pm) and must be available on Saturdays and Sundays! As a Caregiver with Touchmark Home Care, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

Requirements

  • Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire or have an active Washington state CNA or HCA certificate.
  • Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one
  • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
