About The Position

Join an expanding team that is looking for a Hazardous Waste Admin to support in the development of the hazardous waste program. The successful candidate will be an extremely high energy, well-organized team player, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, working cross-functionally to ensure quality work is being executed. What You Will Do Manage and track department requests via Salesforce and escalate to stakeholders as needed. Support the department in vendor relationship management including follow up on projects, invoices, and partnerships Manage the new client on-boarding process including information collection Interface internally and externally with stakeholders to execute various projects as needed Evaluate waste information to make a waste determination and submit waste stream profiles into the system for approval Lead the customer recertification process and monitor anniversary dates Support Customer Service team in general hazardous waste requests Lead subcontractor invoice processing Requirements Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred Excellent internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid administration and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel A can-do attitude – ready to pick up anything that comes their way $57,209 - $70,197 a year Learn more about us and our mission! Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Excellent internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid administration and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
  • A can-do attitude – ready to pick up anything that comes their way
