The position involves coordinating and processing reservations and bookings received through various channels such as phone, email, or fax. The role requires effective communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations of movements. The primary responsibilities are divided into essential functions, with 70% of the time spent on reservations and booking, which includes corresponding with customers and suppliers, finalizing reservations, and communicating with the team and vendors. 20% of the time is dedicated to assigning vehicles and ensuring all movements run smoothly, while the remaining 10% focuses on customer service, assisting customers with golf equipment rentals and merchandise purchases in the Pro Shop. Additionally, the role may involve performing other multi-task duties as assigned by the General Manager.
