Hawaii Medical Sales Representative (1099)- Workers' Comp Pharmacy Solutions

We are expanding our Hawaii Ohana. As a responsibility to provide better care for local families (especially kūpuna or elders), we offer a trusted Physician Dispensing pharmacy program specifically designed for the Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury landscape.

The Opportunity: High-Margin Residual Income
This is a 1099, commission-only position designed for "hunters" who already have a seat at the table with key decision-makers. You aren't just selling a service; you are providing a solution that:
Improves Patient Compliance: Medication is delivered directly or dispensed at the point of care.
Streamlines Practice Workflow: We handle the "red tape" associated with Workers' Comp claims.
Boosts Practice Revenue: Our programs optimize the financial performance of your existing clinics.
What We Look For
The "Rolodex": You must have active, existing relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons, Spine Specialists, or Pain Management Physicians in Hawaii.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Workers' Comp and Personal Injury ecosystem.
Autonomy: You are a self-starter who manages your own territory and schedule.
Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of medical sales experience with proven results.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Introduce our Physician Dispensing solutions to your current network.
Account Management: Act as the local face of Advanced Rx, ensuring clinic staff are trained and satisfied.
Strategic Growth: Identify new clinics and surgical centers to expand the footprint across the islands.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on Hawaii-specific Workers' Comp regulations and reimbursement trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Medical Sales (Required).
• Status: Must be a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• The "Rolodex": You must have active, existing relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons, Spine Specialists, or Pain Management Physicians in Hawaii.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Workers' Comp and Personal Injury ecosystem.
• Autonomy: You are a self-starter who manages your own territory and schedule.
• Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of medical sales experience with proven results.
• High local travel within your designated island(s).
