About The Position

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Possess at least one (1) to two (2) years customer service or equivalent experience.
• Possess general management principles and techniques of organization operations.
• Able to effectively and professionally communicate with employees, business partners, and clients via written and verbal communication method in English.
• Possess working knowledge of Hawaii's tourism industry, tour movements, and arrangements.
• Possess computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process reservations and bookings received by phone, email, or fax.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure that movements run smoothly.
• Correspond with customers and suppliers inquiries, finalize reservations and booking information.
• Assign vehicles and ensure all movements run smoothly.
• Assist customers with golf equipment rental and merchandise purchase in the Pro Shop.
• Perform any other multi-task duties within company as assigned by General Manager.
