Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
- Operate haul trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently within the quarry
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks as needed
