Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Operate haul trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently within the quarry
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks as needed
