About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the plant site Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Support plant operations by assisting with other duties as needed What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial environments Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
