About The Position

Capital Materials Quarries is seeking a qualified Haul Truck Driver to join our stripping crew at our Bates City, Missouri quarry.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed
• Heavy equipment operation experience, including track hoes and dozers
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

• Operate a 40-ton articulated truck for dirt removal
• Safely operate heavy equipment in various weather and site conditions, including exposure to dampness, dust, fumes, and other hazards
• Operate multiple types of heavy equipment, including track hoes and dozers
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment remains clean, safe, and operational
• Communicate effectively with the foreman and crew regarding daily work plans
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Adapt to changing job requirements and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
