Haul Truck Driver
About The Position
As a Pneumatic Haul Truck Driver at Hope Concrete, you will play a vital role in our operations by transporting essential construction materials to various job sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Safely operating company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Loading and unloading materials in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our valued customers Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize routes and delivery schedules Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Providing exceptional customer service while representing the Hope Concrete brand
Requirements
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- At least two years experience
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Schedule varies daily.
- Typical shifts are 11 - 13 hours daily with varying early morning start times.

- Total compensation range from $68-80k/year, including opportunity for weekly bonuses and consistent overtime.
