Ensure that all orders are correctly prepared, completed in a timely manner, and delivered to the guests at their proper serving temperatures. Ensure that the level of service to the guests is proper and efficient and in compliance with the standards set by the resort. Must have complete working knowledge of the restaurant menus and standards of service. May be assigned additional duties, as circumstances require. May from time to time assume the duties of host/hostess, captain or waithelp. May deliver food orders to dining room for waithelp; serve guests, clear and reset tables. Must have complete knowledge of restaurant menus and the standard of service. Must be able to communicate clearly to kitchen and dining room staff regarding food orders. Ensure that the level of service to the guests is proper and prompt according to standards. May deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room to expedite service. May assume the duties of host/hostess, captain or waithelp. Consistently perform tasks as specified on sequence of service standards and SOPs. Perform other related duties as assigned or required. Other Duties: Keep work area clean and tidy. Relieve other positions in the dining room. Assist in set-up and breakdown side duties Recommend the resort’s restaurants and facilities to guests
