About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Part of Live Operations, subject to work as required based on operational needs

Requirements

• Must have Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to follow instructions and company policies and regulations.
• Must be able to perform general labor without any restrictions.

• Attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities

• During a time sensitive schedule, following a specific pull sheet and working as part of a team, transferring chicks from hatchers to separator room via a dolly. (this job entails a lot of walking on cement floors that may be wet/slippery, working in hot, humid, and dusty environments pushing stacks of chicks in baskets on a dolly)
• Setting up equipment and work area
