Work in hatchery setting performing assigned job duties to verify and confirm correct operation of incubation, ventilation and sanitation programs. Follow all established safety and operational SOP's to achieve goals on hatch, HOF, early mortality and budgets. The working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
