About The Position
The Hatchery Production Hourly position involves essential duties related to the processing of eggs and chicks in a hatchery environment. The role requires transferring eggs from incubators to hatchers, processing chicks according to a set schedule, and cleaning the hatchery after processing. This includes washing and disinfecting hatcher racks, plastics, and boxes, as well as loading eggs into incubators and accurately completing associated paperwork.
