About The Position

Maintain vaccine mixing certifcation.
Set up transfer machines for operation.
Mix vaccinces in accordance with mixing SOP.
Maintain vaccine usage log.
Oversee transfer process and ensure SOP enforcement.
Maintain accurate inventory of transfer supplies.
Identify and accurately account for moisture loss and residue breakout.
All other relevant duties as assigned.
Pay - $21.20

Requirements

• Less than 3 attendance points required
• No disciplinary actions in the last 3 months
• No disciplinary suspensions in the last 6 months
