About The Position
Position at Pilgrim's Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $18.50 Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to: Mediating damaging any eggs Pulling and setting correct eggs for the assigned day Keeping up with the flow of production without excessive damage to eggs or machinery Setting egg flats with the flow of production Remove empty egg buggy and transport to empty egg buggy wash Ensure the equipment is running correctly All other assigned task Work Environment/ Physical Demands Ability to lift overhead of up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a heated environment, temperatures ranging from 80F to 100F Standing for extended periods of time Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion Ability to work overtime as assigned Frequently: lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift overhead of up to 50 pounds

- Standing for extended periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion
- Ability to work overtime as assigned
- Frequently: lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Good Hand-Eye Coordination
