The Hatchery Clerk position involves performing routine clerical duties to support daily operations at the hatchery. The role focuses on data entry, inventory management, and communication with vendors, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

  • Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech
  • Balance and reconcile data
  • Review and prepare weekly reports
  • Verify inventories
  • Create requisitions and record receipts of materials and supplies
  • Prepare and review weekly and monthly operations and accounting reports as required
  • Communicate with vendors as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Use required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
  • 1-2 years related office or clerical experience
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
  • Customer service skills
