Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of poultry hatchery or poultry production experience
• Working knowledge of hatchery operations, incubation, and chick handling
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
