About The Position
PeopleReady of Heyworth, IL is now hiring Harvesting Laborers! As a Harvesting Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the harvesting process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include directing and maintaining truck traffic to the scale and dump pit, which is essential for the timely processing of harvested materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all loads, which requires a strong attention to detail and quality. Basic computer data entry skills are necessary, as you will need to input data related to the loads and operations. Communication is key in this role, as you will be required to interact with the Dryer Lead and Field Operations Manager to ensure that all processes are aligned and running efficiently. On-the-job training will be provided to help you get acclimated to the tasks and responsibilities associated with this position. The work environment is dynamic, and you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, including 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), and weekends.
