About The Position
The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, company procedures, and productivity standards. The role involves evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy programs while adhering to documentation and billing procedures. The Physical Therapist will also supervise assistants and aides, participate in discharge planning, and provide education to residents, families, and staff.
