About The Position

The Harvest Supervisor oversees all essential functions of the harvest process including but not limited to the physical harvesting of all plants the collection of associated data. The supervisor will produce and present reports for each harvest batch, working to improve processes and product quality over time. This position is also responsible for organizing and manifesting the packaging of bulk material for transport to other facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a state mandated background check.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Experience in a fast pace environment.
• 2-3 years' experience in marijuana Industry.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the post-harvest processing of commercial marijuana production.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Cultivation Managers to oversee the physical harvest of cannabis plants
• Ensure harvest is done in a timely manner
• Ensure all harvest weights and metrics are recorded and presented to the Inventory & Compliance team for incorporation into the ERP and DCC mandated tracking systems
• Oversee the dry takedown branching and batching of all harvested material
• Ensure all plants have been thoroughly dried to Buckeye Relief Standards
• All dried plants are weighed and recorded in accordance with DCC guidelines
• All stems and floor waste are disposed of in accordance with DCC guidelines
• Monitor bulk bins awaiting transport and ensure storage conditions and quality align with Buckeye Relief SOP's
• Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all harvest rooms and equipment
• Assist Cultivation Managers with any other activities throughout the cultivation facility as needed
