About The Position

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Live hang Area. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 180 days of rehire waiting period.
• Candidates cannot be rehired by Tyson 3x or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members.
• Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility.
• Set up line(s) for production and complete any other duties assigned by Management.
• Complete each job in the live receiving area including Cage Dumper, Forklift Operator, Live Hanger, Yard Driver, and Picking Room.
• Complete various log sheets.
