About The Position

Take birds from hanging belt and hang by both legs into shackle. Job Synopsis: The live hanger position removes a bird from the hanging belt, by grasping a chicken first by one leg and then the other leg. Once positioned, breast side away from hanger, they will hang the bird by both legs into a picking shackle. The rate of production for this position will vary, with the highest production rate expected being 28 per minute. Throw DOA’s onto floor behind workstation. Come join the great Team at Tyson Foods!
