About The Position

Take birds from hanging belt and hang by both legs into shackle. Job Synopsis: The live hanger position removes a bird from the hanging belt, by grasping a chicken first by one leg and then the other leg. Once positioned, breast side away from hanger, they will hang the bird by both legs into a picking shackle.
