Harvest Room Labor PR05 - 2nd Shift - Berry Street
About The Position
Responsibilities : Working with low lighting. Must reach to a moving conveyor belt at work station, grasping live bird weighing from two to excess of 8 pounds, must lift the bird from belt to suspended moving shackle line conveyor placing both legs of the bird into shackle, line speed approximately 105 birds per minute, requiring hanging of approximately 27 birds per minute. Other Duties : Work as directed by supervisor Requirements: Good manipulation required to reach, grasp, lift and hang birds into moving shackles, visual monitor shackles to be able to hang approx every 4th shackle. Standing majority of shift. Use required PPE. Special Skills: None Communication Skills: None specific Environment: Work inside facility, noisy, dust, feathers, debris, low lighting in the live hang area, moving objects, mechanical and electrical hazards. Days per week and hours per day will Vary.
