The Harvest Operations Associate is responsible for participating in various Harvest Operations: pre-production, production, and post-production.

  • Participate in various Harvest Operations: pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Prepare fresh frozen bags
  • Set up all production areas the day before harvest
  • Fresh Frozen Bucking
  • Participate in bucking
  • Table / Processing
  • Participate in packaging and vacuum sealing product
  • Hanging
  • Assist Dry/Cure Operations with hanging.
  • Ensure all production areas are properly broken down
  • Ensure all post-harvest cleaning tasks are completed
  • Assist Inventory with finalizing processing
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in bucking, packaging, and vacuum sealing processes.
  • Time Management: Efficiently completes tasks within strict timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members and communicates clearly with supervisors.
  • Adaptability: Responds well to changing production needs and maintains performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Facility Agent (FA) card (required to start work)
  • Criminal background check will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry (formal or informal).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Cannabis-related education.
