About The Position

We are looking for an individual to join us for Harvest 2025 at our historic winery in Lakeport! This position is responsible for a variety of tasks at the winery, including supporting the winemaking team. Kendall-Jackson Lakeport specializes in the production of aromatic whites including Sauvignon Blanc.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous lab experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor fermentation of tanks and barrels daily
• Process grape maturity samples, including reporting results
• Maintain Winemaker's database (BIMS)
• Perform routine wet chemistry analysis as needed
• Collect samples from tanks and barrels as needed
• Assist in the coordination of samples to external lab
• Participate in lab general housekeeping
• Adherence to company safety regulations related to employee, equipment and chemicals
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and cellar staff
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
