About The Position

The Harvest Agent at Cresco Labs is responsible for the harvesting and initial processing of cannabis products, ensuring high quality and visual appeal. This entry-level position involves working in the garden, monitoring dry rooms, and maintaining cleanliness and quality control in the production facility. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in varying temperatures while adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Ability to remember and adhere to compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Harvest and process Cresco Labs' cannabis products while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
• Pluck leaves before the harvest within the garden.
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize flower qualities and standards.
• Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower.
• Buck, weigh, bag/tag/label the product for identification.
• Hand select product for optimal size, quality, and appearance.
• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods, including sitting, standing, and moving in varying temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and production facility.
• Report quality control issues during harvest to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of product harvested and processed.
