About The Position
The Harm Reduction Coordinator - Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing harm reduction services at Healthcare Alternative Systems (H.A.S.). This role focuses on engaging individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD), developing partnerships with community stakeholders, and providing case management services. The coordinator will oversee the creation of the Harm Reduction Program, ensuring effective service delivery and education on harm reduction strategies.
