You will present the features and benefits of various products, demonstrating how they stand out against competing brands. Additionally, you will be responsible for cross-selling parts, accessories, and memberships, ensuring that every customer leaves with a comprehensive understanding of the Harley-Davidson offerings. Customer service is paramount in this position. You will follow the C.U.S.T.O.M. sales process, ensuring that every interaction is courteous and professional. This includes handling telephone transactions efficiently, qualifying customers based on their needs and purchasing ability, and conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with customers post-sale, encouraging repeat business through follow-ups and personalized communication. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, as you will need to stay updated on sales techniques and product knowledge. You will be expected to model superior customer service behavior and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
