About The Position
As a Harley Davidson Motor Clothes Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting high-quality motor clothes and accessories that align with their personal style and riding needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible. Additionally, you will engage with customers to provide product knowledge, answer inquiries, and promote special offers, ultimately driving sales and customer loyalty. Your contributions will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the spirit of the Harley Davidson brand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel or accessories.
- MUST BE 21 - NO EXCEPTIONS
Nice To Haves
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Harley Davidson brand.
- Experience in customer service roles with a focus on sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motor clothes and accessories.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Participate in inventory management, including restocking and conducting counts.
