About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Hardwood Floor Installer and Refinisher to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and restoration of hardwood flooring, requiring a detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardwood floor installation or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and floor care equipment is essential.
• Experience in water damage restoration and construction painting is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and perform tile laying tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the flooring industry.

Responsibilities

• Install hardwood flooring according to specifications and design plans.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials.
• Perform buffing and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of hardwood floors.
• Conduct water damage restoration on affected flooring areas.
• Assist with construction painting and fixture installation as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation processes.
• Lay tile as required for specific projects, ensuring alignment and proper adhesion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
