HARDWOOD FLOOR INSTALLER
About The Position
We're looking for someone dependable and detail oriented to join our team as a hardwood flooring installer and refinisher. Whether you've been doing this for years or have solid experience and want to grow, this role is all about craftsmanship, pride in your work, and making spaces look their best. No experience? No problem. If you're motivated, willing to learn, and ready to work hard, we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll help install new floors, restore old ones, and work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with doing physical work
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of hardwood flooring types (solid, engineered, prefinished, unfinished)
- Sand, stain, and refinish existing floors
- Use tools like sanders, buffers, and nail guns safely and effectively
- Prep job sites and clean up after the work is done
- Work independently or with a crew depending on the project
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
