About The Position

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia a global leader who's been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Hardware Validation Technician to support our client's team onsite in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full-time (W-2) 6 month contract role. Requirements

3+ years as a lab or system technician supporting PC/SoC or embedded platforms.
Hands-on skill with imaging, BIOS/firmware flashing, and basic debug (console, boot media, cabling).
Familiarity with lab operations, reservation systems, asset tracking, and safety practices.
Strong communication and documentation discipline.
Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and mixed-environment validation workflows.
Exposure to display/USB-C/PD/power bring-up workflows.
Experience coordinating with hardware rework teams and managing RMA cycles.

Responsibilities
