Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
  • Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with high voltage power electronics testing.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.
  • Design, troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis.
