About The Position

An RF Hardware Technician will participate in all aspects of new product testing and V&V (Validation and Verification). Responsibilities include component rework and soldering, functional validation, reviewing and executing test plans, and hardware debug & troubleshooting. Successful Hardware Technicians on our team can work independently, multi-task effectively across projects, communicate well with engineers, and are comfortable working in a lab environment. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Test plan review and execution Test equipment & lab management, including calibration support Competency with basic electronic measurement equipment, such as power sources, DMMs, and Oscilloscopes Data generation and test report completion For this Role, You Will Need: Associates degree in Electronics, or similar 1 year of industry experience Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics, including understanding of analog circuit elements such as op amps, power supplies, BJT/FET devices, and filters Familiarity with schematic entry tools such as Mentor Graphics Equipment & test system setup for product validation (V&V) Component rework and soldering techniques Experience using Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Familiarity with RF Test Equipment (RF spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, vector network analyzers, power meters) Test automation, with basic programming understanding (i.e. LabVIEW, Python) Who You Are: You are someone who works collaboratively in a group environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Requirements

  • Associates degree in Electronics, or similar
  • 1 year of industry experience
  • Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics, including understanding of analog circuit elements such as op amps, power supplies, BJT/FET devices, and filters
  • Familiarity with schematic entry tools such as Mentor Graphics
  • Equipment & test system setup for product validation (V&V)
