Requirements

• Two years of technical proficiency with roles as a hardware technician.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
• A+ certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications, and teleconferencing equipment.
• Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment.
• Installation and configuration of computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling.
• Maintain government and vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexers, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches and telephone systems.
