MileOne Autogroup is expanding our internal IT team. The Hardware Support Technician will be working both independently and within a team to complete daily tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment. This candidate will be responsible for providing both on the phone and on-site software support, hardware installation and hardware maintenance for the user. The position will be responsible for supporting our dealerships primarily in Baltimore, MD and Silver Spring, MD along with occasional on-site support to surrounding states. All travel will be compensated for. Some nights and weekends will be required for this position.
