About The Position
The Hardware Technician role involves providing Tier 2 and 3 support for various hardware components including computer workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will conduct site surveys, analyze user requirements, and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitions. This position also includes training site personnel, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining connectivity systems.
