About The Position

We are a team of passionate and experienced IT professionals who are committed to delivering excellence and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Hardware Support Technician to assist with performing maintenance service on equipment throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Candidates must have a wide range of diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and knowledge, must be A+ certified and have the ability to perform maintenance services on various types of hardware. The candidate must be highly skilled yet generalized in the technology stack. It is crucial that the candidate be comfortable interacting with fellow employees and vendors. Experience within Government environments is preferred and candidates MUST be local to the Greater Philadelphia area.
