About The Position

The Hardware Sales Specialist will be the subject matter expert on our hardware line, providing expert guidance and superior customer service to our clients. This role involves extensive knowledge of all types of door hardware, including locks, hinges, handles, knobs, etc. The specialist will work closely with customers to help them select the best products for their needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and contributing to the store's success.
