About The Position

Temp Enterprise Hardware Processing Technician Location: Groveport OHIO Payrate $20 starting Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm Key Responsibilities · Safely de-rack servers and other enterprise hardware in compliance with EHS protocols. · Use software tools to securely wipe data from hard drives in accordance with company and regulatory standards. · Identify, sort, and categorize memory and other reusable components for inventory and resale. · Inspect equipment for physical damage and report discrepancies or missing components. · Maintain accurate records of equipment processed and data erasure logs. · Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. · Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals. · Ensure all workspaces are kept clean and organized according to safety guidelines. Qualifications · Basic understanding of enterprise IT hardware (servers, drives, memory modules, etc.). · Familiarity with data erasure software and ITAD processes is a plus. · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment safely. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies. · Basic computer literacy and ability to follow structured workflows.
