Job Title Hardware Planning Project Manager What does a successful Hardware Planning Project Manager do at Fiserv? Help shape the future of Clover's global expansion as a Hardware Planning Project Manager! In this role, you'll analyze supply chain, forecasting, and logistics data to drive smart business decisions and ensure smooth hardware launches in new markets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries—so if you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for planning and execution, we want to hear from you!

  • Monitor demand and supply for new country markets at both the system level and component level to ensure there is no shortage.
  • Evaluate supply chain data and performance reports to provide business insights for management.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
  • Support hardware launches to other countries together with multi-functional teams.
  • Quickly resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, forwarder accidents).
  • Respond quickly to overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military service.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware project management, supply chain, planning, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and new hardware product development and manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across global teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset to evaluate data and optimize processes.
  • Knowledge of reverse logistics, RMA (return merchandise authorization) processes, and hardware repair.
  • Salary Range $83,400.00 - $143,000.00
