Our Hamilton location is looking to find experienced hard working individuals to join our team as Hardware Manager!
The Hardware Manager must engage in counter and phone sales with a main focus on hardware sales and inventory management!
Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Set Schedule
Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately

Responsibilities

• Understand the marketplace and know product features
• Work to meet prospect customers’ needs
• Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
• Effective closing technique
• Work productively; number of sales per day, add on sales, quotes to orders, suggestive selling, etc.
• Quote follow up- quote to order conversion
• Share expertise with others
