About The Position

As a Hardware Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and validating advanced semiconductor equipment. Your work ensures that ASML’s cutting-edge systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Role and Responsibilities As a Hardware Integration and Test Engineer, you will support the integration and testing of complex hardware systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and improve system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a master’s degree.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, optical, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with system integration practices and performance validation.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Analyze data and prepare clear performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop clear documentation and technical procedures.
  • Understand optical systems and system controls.
  • Use test and analytical equipment for optics and plasma research.
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise format.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate system modules and components into EUV platforms and support global deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across mechanical, electrical, and optical domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, serviceability, and cost targets.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on safety, quality, and process controls.
  • Lead issue resolution for factory and field escalations.
  • Translate field data into design improvements and support continuous product enhancement.
