About The Position

The Hardware Installer position at Axiom Holographics involves hands-on installation and operation of advanced holographic technology systems. Requirements

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
  • Strong interest in technology, particularly AR/VR and holographic systems.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and network connections.
  • Physically able to carry and install heavy hardware.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High energy and excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage professionally with clients.
  • Ability to be away from home for more than 3 weeks at a time.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required, including occasional trips to Europe.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transport.

  • 1 year of experience with computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel frequently (up to 80%) to client sites across North and South America, with occasional trips to Europe.
  • Perform hands-on physical setup, including manual labor associated with the installation of hardware.
  • Carry and install heavy hardware, ensuring all equipment is installed to specifications.
  • Connect and configure basic computer systems and ensure the seamless integration of holographic equipment.
  • Interface with clients on-site, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time solutions during installations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Engineer, COO, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work under tight timelines and adapt to challenging situations as they arise.
