About The Position

Be part of a team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products. You'll contribute to the innovation behind products loved by millions worldwide. Your expertise will shape the next generation of hardware experiences, delivering unparalleled performance, efficiency, and integration. As a Hardware Engineer in the board and system design team, you will work on hardware systems projects to craft solutions for current and future data center deployments. You will work with product teams to ensure that customer goals are met with our systems and cross-functional design teams (e.g., Mechanical, Thermal, Power, Signal Integrity etc.) to design the desired product. You will also work with ASIC/FPGA, software, and verification teams to ensure proper verification of features in our systems, manufacturing teams to ensure that our designs are manufacturable and ready for volume production, and field teams to support systems that are deployed in the data center.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in hardware design and development.
• Familiarity with ASIC/FPGA design and verification processes.
• Knowledge of system design and integration principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data center hardware systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning hardware solutions.
• Understanding of power and thermal management in hardware design.
