Overview The successful candidate will contribute to the design, validation, and improvement of electronic systems for automotive applications, working closely with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and system architectures.
  • Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and product validation.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with EMC investigations and improvements.
  • Proficiency with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner for schematic development.
  • Knowledge of worst-case analysis methods.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automotive design standards (ISO, AEC‑Q, etc.).
  • Familiarity with simulation and lab test equipment (SPICE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, and system interfaces.
  • Create and validate schematic designs according to customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Support product validation activities, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on warranty returns and validation issues.
  • Investigate and resolve EMC‑related problems.
  • Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust design performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing).
